Nothing ever really changes

I had hoped to have more EL TIGRE stuff ready for you to see, but I need to find some time to spruce 'em up a bit before I post them. In their place, here's one more dip into the childhood art bin. Ever notice how you wind up drawing the same things your whole life? Case in point:

A drawing I did of the ALIEN when I was 8 years old. At the time, I was reading a comic book of the movie that had the alien colored wrong, so that's why he's yellow.

Here's a more detailed one from when I was 15. I think I was looking at the original Giger artwork. Kinda lame, like all teenage art.

....and here's one from last year, for something I can't talk about. ;) Shhhhhhhhhh.

Ancient Book of Myth & War Show

So everyone knows about THE ANCIENT BOOK OF MYTH AND WAR Art Show/Book Release at Gallery Nucleus Saturday the 24th, right? Of course you do. See you there.

  19. I love childhood art bins. I think I have an Alien somewhere that was done based solely on my dad's description since I was too scared to see the movie. I think it looks like a T-res with an eel coming out of its mouth...

The El Tigre stuff looks fun!
